  Terrible experience. My boyfriend asked for a shave and they simply used a hair trimmer leaving it almost the same length as before. I had my gel nail polish removed and it took 45 minutes for the lady to scrape it off leaving 20% of the polish on my nails. I was going to get a gel manicure after but I saw another lady getting hers done and they were using a fan to dry the nails, not a UV light, she sat there for 30 minutes while they 'dried'.
