  Horrible customer services. Also extremely stringent on their exchange policies. I am stuck with an unfit present which I couldn’t exchange on time. The staff were unhelpful and no concept of customer retention.

  Отвратительное качество товара! Купила браслет с бриллиантами за 6.500₪. Надела 7 раз, после чего часть браслета отломилась и потерялась. Компания сказала, что я должна заплатить 1500₪ за ремонт. Я очень аккуратно ношу украшения. И это не моя вина!
